NEW: Buried in a Bloomberg story, a staffer for VP Kamala Harris revealed that her views on marijuana "are now the same as Biden’s.”
Does that mean she flip flopped on cannabis again and no longer backs legalization in line with the bill she sponsored?

WOW: Washington State’s Supreme Court just overturned the state’s criminalization of drug possession.
The Seattle Police Department responded by saying having drugs “is no longer an arrestable offense.”

BREAKING: The New Mexico House of Representatives just passed a bill to legalize marijuana.
A Senate committee is hearing three separate cannabis legalization bills tomorrow.
Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham supports the reform.
BREAKING: Marijuana legalization is headed to Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam’s desk.
The House and Senate have both just approved a compromise bill negotiated after both chambers had previously passed their own versions earlier this month.
Cannabis legalization cannot wait until 2024. People are suffering now. People need alternatives to opioids now. People need to be released from prison now. We’ve given prohibition enough time to prove it doesn’t work.
