CANNAVAL is the first conference created to educate and empower the people of the US Virgin Islands with expert knowledge and guidance as they enter into the newly legal medical cannabis market.

The event’s keynote speaker will be Positive T.A. Nelson, a former seven term Senator who pushed for medical cannabis legislation and is the current Commissioner of Agriculture.

420MEDIA will host the inaugural conferences, after events, and local excursions in both St Croix and St Thomas in alliance with St Croix based company, NT Media Productions.
