Vendors were emailing their available products, and dispensaries were replying back what they wanted right in the body of the emails, and often texting additional order items. We even saw some cases where dispensaries were texting photos of their order written on napkins!
After launching, we immediately saw a spike in user traction — we knew that Leaf Trade was going to solve a problem, but we didn’t realize how big of an impact it was going to make until after all of the positive feedback our vendor and dispensary users shared with us. This platform is what it is today because of their feedback, and I hope to hear all about how it helps to easily streamline your business.
