Farmtiva INC is a CA hemp agricultural services Company, providing end-to-end services and products, from consulting to seed sales.

Headed by Christopher Boucher, who is widely recognized as one the preeminent and pioneering figures in the modern American Industrial Hemp movement.

Starting in 1990 as CEO of the Hempstead Company, one of the first modern Industrial Hemp companies in the US, Chris next Co-Founded the Hemp Industries Association (HIA) in 1992, and made hemp history as the first person to legally grow Industrial Hemp at the USDA Research Station in Brawley, California in 1994. Chris has been cited as helping to usher in the American Hemp CBD industry, by co-writing the original legal opinion “Hemp CBD is legal in all 50 States” in 2012. He was instrumental in establishing several hemp CBD and cannabinoid extraction companies—from start-ups to IPO’s—such as, HempMeds, US Hemp Oil, and Cannavest (CV Sciences Corp.) He was the Director of Development with Ananda Scientific, INC, before forming and heading Farmtiva INC, as its CEO.
