Hemp Breeder Master Grower Manager

We are a San Diego based hemp agriculture company seeking an experienced Master Grower of hemp and cannabis to join our dynamic team. This role requires experience in propagating and breeding for feminized seed and auto flower varietals for hemp CBD. Experienced greenhouse operating background a must, horticultural experience, pest and fertilizer is required. As a master grower, you will be responsible for all seed breeding and stabilization program at our hemp farm campus. This is full time or part time at our south eastern San Diego County farm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

  • Overseeing breeding of feminized and auto flower seed production.
  • Experience and working knowledge of the hemp CBD horticultural preferred.
  • Knowledge of tissue culture propagation
  • Knowledge hemp CBD genetics according to legal schedules in California
  • Experience in Organic growing techniques
  • Inventory Monitoring & Tracking Capabilities related to seed propagation
  • Experience with Word and Excel spread sheets
  • Ability to work in a stress free environment with other like minded people.

    • Qualifications:

  • Valid CA Driver License
  • No Felonies Law
  • Reference on Qualifications

    • Experience: hemp: 3 years (Preferred) breeding feminizing: 5 years (Preferred)

    Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

    Language: English and Spanish (Preferred)
