Since early 2014, Cannabuild principals have focused their efforts on the flourishing regulated MMJ market, successfully completing in three short years four cultivation and processing facilities and eight dispensaries in Illinois and New York for two nationally recognized medical cannabis brands. We are currently working in the US in preconstruction stages of cultivation, manufacturing, and dispensary facilities in Ohio, Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island. We are also in planning phases in Puerto Rico, Australia, and Colombia.

Cannabuild has been structured specifically to address the needs of this new and rapidly expanding industry; medical cannabis is all we do. A key component of the process is, of course, the design of your medical cannabis facility. With a project team comprised of architects, engineers, and construction management professionals, coupled with the hands-on experience of many successful projects, Cannabuild has extensive knowledge of cultivation systems for greenhouses and indoor grows; grow lighting; solar shading; water treatment and irrigation; automated controls; facility security; mechanical and natural ventilation; heating and cooling; and dehumidification. We also have extensive experience with cannabis-specific manufacturing systems, including dry/curing, laboratories, extraction, culinary kitchens, product formulation, and shipping.
