We are your first step in the process to obtaining your Medical Marijuana Card.

While we offer appointments in our physical office, located in Central New York, we are able to treat patients all over the state as we also offer the option of a Telemedicine Video Appointment; you will be able to talk to, as well as see, the doctor without needing to leave your own home.

We do not require a doctors referral, but we will require documentation of your diagnosis prior to your appointment for certification. Prior to scheduling that appointment; you will be pre-screened to verify that you meet all of the requirements to be certified for the program.
