History:

Cannabis Corner celebrated their opening day on June 26, 2017. Their founder, a long-time aficionado of cannabis, had always wanted to open a dispensary but never thought it would be legal in his life. When Alaska legalized marijuana for recreational use, the founder wanted to provide his Ketchikan community not only with enjoyable recreational products but the opportunity to help themselves through cannabis. Cannabis Corner is happy to provide a safe space to explore and learn about marijuana where guests feel at home with friendly, knowledgeable service.

Staff:

At Cannabis Corner, customers will never be harangued by salespeople. Their budtenders treat their Ketchikan customers as their friends, enjoying conversation and happy to answer any questions. Cannabis Corner likes to have fun with their guests, learn about their marijuana interests. Soon, when Alaska finalizes the regulations surrounding on-site consumption, Cannabis Corner wants to open a lounge for their visitors, welcoming tourists and locals alike to sample their high-quality cannabis flower and enjoy the natural Alaskan landscape.

Cannabis Corner showcases many strains of marijuana flowers as well as additional accessories in their retail store. Genetics like White Rhino, Sweet Kush, Skunk, Roulette, and more line their shelves, and all cannabis is tested at Steep Hill in Anchorage for quality assurance. In addition to their marijuana products, Cannabis Corner stocks glass and metal pipes, dab rigs, and apparel to rep everyone’s favorite plant.

At this time, Cannabis Corner accepts cash only and offers an onsite ATM for customer use. Guests connect with their dispensary over Facebook, phone or email, and there's plenty of parking available with full ADA accessibility.

Based in Ketchikan, Alaska, Cannabis Corner proudly welcomes residents and visitors from across the southeast Alaskan panhandle. Residents of Saxman, Peninsula Point, Pennock Island and Mountain Point make the journey to their marijuana dispensary.
