Dr. Vincent Wroblewski is now a Certifying Provider for medical marijuana through the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC). Dr. Wroblewski is a board certified family physician and a 1988 graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. His office is conveniently located in Lutherville, Maryland.
Dr. Wroblewski believes that medical marijuana, also known as medical cannabis, truly works best with proper education. As a member of the Society of Medical Cannabis Physicians, Dr. Wroblewski has been extensively trained in the theory behind the various therapeutic modalities of medical cannabis. He understands that medical cannabis has a wide array of applications for patients suffering from chronic, treatment-resistant medical conditions such as:
chronic pain syndromes: fibromyalgia, sciatica, osteoarthritis, chronic back pain, and cancer-related pain;
autoimmune disorders: rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, connective tissue disorders;
movement disorders: tremors, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, and Tourette’s syndrome;
mental disorders: depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic insomnia, and dependency on opiates, alcohol and nicotine;
as well as: irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, and wasting syndromes associated with cancer and HIV.
If you qualify for medical cannabis treatment according to the MMCC criteria, Dr. Wroblewski will instruct you how this medication can best be used in your particular illness. He will also educate you about which varieties of medical cannabis are suited for you, as well as their appropriate dosing and delivery methods.
We understand there is considerable expense involved in obtaining a ‘medical marijuana card’ and using this medication. As such, we will suggest cost effective ways to best treat your medical condition.
