Vernon, BC city council gives second chance to previously rejected cannabis retail application

Residents of Vernon, a town in the Okanagan region of BC, were surprised to learn that a rejected application for the towns first cannabis retail store will be given a second look by the city council. The application was voted down in a tie vote of 3-3, all tied votes result in rejection at the beginning of May.
