The ‘Splainer: Lost in the weeds

As one of more than 400,000 Canadians who would benefit from having their previous cannabis convictions expunged, I have some issues with the feds’ plan to offer pardons.

I’m not too concerned about getting into the States these days, so I’m not going to war over it. But it is indicative of an already broken weed system, one that is not prepared to reconcile the past with the future.
