The OPPâs provincial joint forces cannabis enforcement team and its organized crime enforcement bureau have charged four Ottawa people after a raid on an Oakfield Crescent home in Ottawa.
Police said in a news release Thursday that officers seized dried cannabis and cannabis concentrates, including hash and edibles, and a large quantity of high-end cognac worth $3,900 per bottle, along with designer purses and watches.
Thi Thu Huong Pham, 39, and Ngoc Diep Tran, 35, are charged with possessing cannabis for the purpose of selling, possession of illicit cannabis and possession of property obtained by crime.
Jack Skyler Dao, 18, and Celina Pham, 21, are charged with possession of illicit cannabis.
All four accused have been released and are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Ottawa on July 30.
