Meghan Markle’s nephew is launching a new line of CBD products in the UK.

Tyler Dooley, 26, whose father is Markle’s half-brother, will release products from “Royally Grown.” The line is set to include “drops and oils, morning supplements, recovery tinctures that are loaded with vitamins and CBD content.”

This is not Dooley’s first foray into the cannabis industry. Markle’s nephew owns a commercial cannabis company in Oregon.”We’ve got an operation that’s worth $3 to 5 million, this isn’t a small company,” Dooley says. He was in the news last year after announcing the release of “Markle Sparkle,” a cultivar that Dooley promised would “blow your crown off.”

Dooley was in the news last year after announcing the release of “Markle Sparkle,” a cultivar that Dooley promised would “blow your crown off.”

Despite taking advantage of his aunt’s fame, Dooley claims that he aims to use his work to help people, not leech of his aunt’s success.

“I’ve been doing this way before she even met Harry, I’m not trying to embarrass her and I’m not embarrassed about what I do, I’m thrilled to be in such a hot industry,” he told the Sun.

“So instead of people thinking of me about Markle Sparkle, I’m using a product that is helping to beat cancer, or give some relief from seizures, aches and pains. I’ve got oil that is good for indigestion. CBD is twice as effective as aspirin for inflammation. We’ll be making drops and oils, morning supplements, recovery tinctures that are loaded with vitamins and CBD content.”

But regardless of how Markle feels about her nephew using her name to promote his products, Dooley boasts that he “can sell it legally in the UK right now.” CBD products are legal to sell in the UK—provided they contain less than 0.2% THC, the intoxicating compound in cannabis. “I’ve got quite a few people there, who want to support this, but I can also sell directly to the consumers. There’s nothing to stop me,” he was quoted saying.

Markle, who is expecting her first child with Prince Harry, has not commented on her nephew’s opportunistic business plans.

Dooley has previously parlayed his position into an MTV reality show called The Royal World, while Meghan’s half-sister Samantha has announced the publication of two tell-all books about the Duchess–one to be released around Markle’s due date, and the second being released on her birthday.

Her father has also been a repeated source of ire, skipping her wedding after staging publicity photos with paparazzi and giving repeated interviews criticizing his estranged daughter.

Despite this, Dooley seems to feel his work is noble–albeit while making some dubious health claims. “I’m using a product that is helping to beat cancer, or give some relief from seizures, aches and pains. I’ve got oil that is good for indigestion. CBD is twice as effective as aspirin for inflammation,” he claims.
