TORONTO , June 3, 2019 /CNW/ - Duncan Park Holdings Corporation (the "Company" or " Duncan Park ") announces that David Shaddrick shall resign as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective May 31, 2019 but shall remain on the board of directors. Management would like to thank Mr. Shaddrick for his contributions to the Company. As a result of Mr. Shaddrick's resignation, the Company has appointed Brian Presement as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Mr. Presement currently serves as a director and/or officer of several reporting issuers and publicly traded companies. Mr. Presement has been the President and CEO of Unite Communications Corporation ("UNiTE") since its inception in 2001. Prior to UNiTE, Mr. Presement served as Vice President Business Development of VOXX Corporation, a telecom company. Mr. Presement is currently a Director and CEO of Sagittarius Capital Corp. Director of Plexus Cybermedia (a private digital media company), and a Director of Nutritional High International Inc. (CSE: EAT). Mr. Presement holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from York University with a double major in Mass Communications and Political Science.
