Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (âLUBAâ) Reverses Countyâs Denial, Issues Final Opinion and Order Mandating County to Approve KAYS Site Plan and Application

Kaya Holdings, Inc. (KAYS) announced today
that it has prevailed in its appeal of Linn County Oregonâs denial
of its valid application to develop and construct Kaya Farmsâ¢, a
80,000 plus square foot indoor/outdoor cannabis production
facility, on its 26 acre farm in Lebanon, Oregon. The Company also
confirmed that its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter
ended September 30, 2018 will be filed with the SEC later today,
marking a period viewed by management as the beginning of an era of
Company growth.
