Cannabis company Green Growth Brands Inc. said Tuesday it has appointed Brian Logan, most recently group vice president finance at teen retailer Abercrombie & Fitch Co. , as its chief financial officer with immediate effect. Logan has also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Green Growth earlier this month in a deal that values Aphria at about C$2.8 billion ($2.1 billion). Shares were not yet active premarket but have gained 19% in 2019 to date, while the S&P 500 has gained 5%.
