The Boeing Co. is progressing on upgrades in collaboration with regulators to its troubled 737 MAX, fixes that a company executive said Thursday it hopes to have certified soon.  Randy Tinseth, vice president of commercial marketing, said at a Bank of America Merrill Lynch conference in London that the upgrades include software and training enhancements that have already been put through flight simulation and flight testing.
