Wholesale Sales Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced cannabis salesperson to prospect, sell our brand of cannabis products to dispensaries. Cultivate is a successful fast-growing cannabis company and we are looking for top performers only!

Must be a self-starter and be willing to work full-time. Experience with sales and CRM experience. Previous cannabis sales experience is required. We are a successful fast-growing cannabis company and we are looking for top performers only.

Your role will involve creating and maintaining business relationships and creating a greater network of industry clients. YOU will be on the front line for advertising the company's brand.

  • Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through personal visits, texts, social DMs, emails, and phone calls
  • Ability to close sales through building strong relationships
  • Harness existing dispensary relationships to generate additional product placement
  • Ensuring customers have the proper merchandising displays and products are presented professionally
  • Strive to get more space/product selection into each account
  • Be the most professional/knowledgeable sales person in the industry
  • Handle all customer-related questions, inquiries, and orders professionally and promptly
  • Ensure territory growth
  • Educate budtenders on products and industry
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Daily, high level of communication with management
  • Ensure Sales are collected when product is delivered

    • About You:

  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and apply product-related information in a professional manner
  • High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
  • Willingness to work after hours and occasional weekends for business meetings and industry trade shows & events
  • Social media experience is a plus

    • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Associates Degree required
  • At least 2 years’ experience in outside sales
  • Proficient in MS office and google docs
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous cannabis sales experience preferred or previous experience in liquor sales
  • Detail Oriented
  • At least 2 years Cannabis Industry experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation, Driver’s license and clean driver’s record

    Operates with direct supervision from President. Follows established policies and procedures and contributes to the development of new concepts, policies, and procedures, as necessary, to perform job duties and tasks.
