Job Responsibilities:

  • Hand trimming a variety of different strains
  • Ability to meet trimming pars on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Reporting & submitting accurate Trim Logs
  • Accurately weighing flower products
  • Following inventory processes and material handling protocols
  • Following all compliance requirements
  • Maintaining cleanliness of trim room and all tools

    • Experience and Education: High school diploma or GED, required, Preferred cannabis/502 experience but not required to apply

    Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Clean Background Check
  • High school diploma or GED, required
  • Reliable – Has Driver’s License and Transportation
  • Great attitude
  • Ability to manicure flowers with speed and precision
  • Attention to detail
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Maintains a clean and organized work environment
  • Contributes to a positive work environment
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
  • Maintain compliance with all WSLCB rules and regulations and company policies and procedures
  • Ability to follow directions, learn, and grow
  • Passion for quality cannabis
  • Basic Math Skills

    • Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

    License: Driver's License (Required)
