Job Responsibilities:

Hand trimming a variety of different strains

Ability to meet trimming pars on a daily/weekly basis.

Reporting & submitting accurate Trim Logs

Accurately weighing flower products

Following inventory processes and material handling protocols

Following all compliance requirements

Maintaining cleanliness of trim room and all tools

Experience and Education: High school diploma or GED, required, Preferred cannabis/502 experience but not required to apply

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age

Clean Background Check

High school diploma or GED, required

Reliable – Has Driver’s License and Transportation

Great attitude

Ability to manicure flowers with speed and precision

Attention to detail

Works well in a fast-paced environment

Ability to meet deadlines

Maintains a clean and organized work environment

Contributes to a positive work environment

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

Maintain compliance with all WSLCB rules and regulations and company policies and procedures

Ability to follow directions, learn, and grow

Passion for quality cannabis

Basic Math Skills
