We are looking for a Cannabis Trimmer who will be responsible for manicuring cannabis buds, identifying and removing mold and pest damage. This Trimmer is expected to follow all procedures and policies while prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency.

The right candidates will be self-motivated, responsible and reliable. They MUST BE able to work within a team environment, while meeting quotas and completing all duties and tasks assigned.

Job Description:

Manicure flower in a timely and efficient manner

Identify and remove mold and pest damage

Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area

Clean and sanitize equipment and work area

Adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis you are working with; adjust techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality

Time management, employee must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals. While consistently producing quality product

Cannabis flower will be machine trimmed, and then cleaned up by hand. Must be able to do 2 lbs in an 8 hour shift

Required:

Must be 21 years of age or older

High School Diploma

Able and willing to follow direction

Efficient with time management

Must be able to work in California

Reliable mode of transportation

Punctual and persistent while maintaining a never give up, positive attitude.

Must be able to work mornings

Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs.

Experience: Trimming: 1 year (Preferred)
