Trimmer

Experienced Trimmer- 3mos - 2yrs previous trimming (at home or licensed facility)

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Time: M-F 8:00a-4:30p(harvest days may be longer)

Compensation: $11.50/hour paid out for tryouts; $12/hour thereafter + wage increase based on productivity.

Responsibilities and Duties

Requirements:

Must posses a current MED support or key badge

Must live in Colorado; Must be at least 21 years old; Must have a Colorado ID;

Must be punctual and have a positive attitude

Must have a strong work ethic

Must exhibit strong organizational, tracking, and communication skills;

Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Must be able to reach a daily quota of product trimmed

Must be able to follow instructions and take constructive critique from managers;

Must shower and wear clean clothes to work as to not track pest or other elements from clothing and shoes into the facility. Scrubs may be required.

Physical requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and lift for long periods of time

Must be able to use scissors and do a repetitive 'cutting motion' for hours at a time;

Responsible for all clean-up of trim area at the end of each day
