Trimmer, Harvest Crew and Grow Assistant Crew Members

Shear Solutions is looking for reliable Crew Members! If you have applied before and we did not respond, please apply again. We need many new team members to start ASAP and will be conducting phone interviews as soon as we receive inquiries. We offer flexibility and competitive industry pay rates. You would be fully employed by Shear Solutions, this is not a contract/1099 position.

Requirements for the position (please do not apply unless you meet these criteria): Current/valid MED Support badge, a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license, fluency in English, and a positive and professional attitude.

We love previous experience! It does warrant a higher starting pay, but if you do not have previous experience we are happy to train you. Starting range is $11.25-$11.75. Raises will be given at 90 days depending on performance.
