Trim Manager

The Trim Manager is responsible for leading a team of cannabis trimmers in meeting quality standards and production goals. The person in this role will ensure team adherence to company policies and state regulations.

Essential Functions: -The ideal candidate will be able to work with, help, guide, challenge and motivate other trim team members in order to create an efficient cohesive unit. -The successful candidate will exhibit extraordinary organizational, tracking and communication skills. -This position requires the ability to work independently when needed, but also to work efficiently as the leader of a team of trimmers. -The successful candidate will manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product. -Must be able to follow basic instructions and immediately integrate feedback and directions into their work. -Trim/Packaging manager will hold ultimate accountability for ensuring all team members maintain strict compliance with all regulations and procedures. -Is responsible for oversight of clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day.

Additional Functions: -Assisting with packaging and other processing/cultivation duties as assigned by direct supervisor. -Must communicate clearly with others and be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure and technique. -Use of logical judgment in adhering to established protocols in regard to product processing, keeping quality and goals in mind. -Creating a positive team environment that produces high quality manicured finished material, while meeting and/or exceeding pre-determined goals.
