Qualifications:

  • Experience at marijuana trimming 1-2 years (pound a day minimum)
  • Machine Trim and Hand Trim Experience
  • Ability to stay focused on task at hand
  • Consistency - in appearance of product and quantity
  • Ability to work with and train others
  • Trustworthy
  • Keep up with our pace - work with sense of urgency
  • Reliable - show up ready to work
  • Team player - works well with others
  • Great communicator
  • Must have current MED badge
