Topical Technician

The Topical Technician is responsible for formulating skin cannabis care products intended for application to the skin and body. Using recipes, techniques and industry best practices, the Topical Technician will prepare the finest cannabis infused cosmetics and beauty care products for all Elemental clients.

The Topical Technician must have a comprehensive understanding of skin/body product production, product design, product/market research, efficient production methods and innovation. In this position, it is expected that the Topical Technician fully engage and understand production needs for existing clients, track inventory, manage raw product, and develop protocols for the creation of novelty products.

Holding and maintaining a Food Handlers Safety Certificate, keeping a clean and organized work area, and packaging/labeling finished products are additional requirements of this position.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Year(s) of Production Experience.

  • 1+ Year(s) Management Experience.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • Food Handler and Safety Certification.

  • Reliable source of transportation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Basic data entry knowledge, Office’s Excel and Word proficiency preferred

  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, but the Organization will make reasonable

  • accommodations.

  • Open availability preferred.

  • Passing grades on both HIPAA exams and all applicable organizational competency exams.

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities, including the ability to work

  • efficiently and accurately.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to pass a state and federal background check, as well as possession of a New Mexico

  • Driver’s license.

  • 2+ Year(s) of Production Experience.

    1+ Year(s) Management Experience.
