Cresco Labs is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to work on all license application activities within the Company. This position will report to the License Application Manager. The ideal candidate will have worked on merit-based cannabis applications in various markets. This person will be highly motivated, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

CORE JOB DUTIES

Draft narrative content for all sections of merit-based and non-merit-based applications;

Work directly with subject matter experts to enhance content and ensure narratives

meet and exceed operational objectives;

Create prompts and questions to assist subject matter experts in assisting response to application instructions;

Review and enhance all application content, including ensuring that grammar, spelling, naming conventions and other grammatical issues are addressed; and

Work directly with License Application Manager and to ensure compliance and regulatory reviews are conducted.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Experience drafting and submitting merit-based commercial cannabis applications preferred (writing sample a plus)

Ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision

Detail-oriented and ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities

Capable of handling confidential information discreetly and professionally

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office Adobe Suite required

Must have the ability to develop and foster strong working relationships throughout all levels of the organization

Excellent organization and planning skills

Excellent people and communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to successfully manage a high-volume workload with tight deadlines
