Technical Support Analyst

The Technical Support Engineer will liaise between dispensary teams, our partner success team, and our developers to ensure technical issues are troubleshooted in an efficient manner. The Technical Support Engineer will have the ability to communicate resolutions effectively or properly escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • What You'll do:

  • Take ownership of customer and client issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Install integration solutions for new dispensary partners
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • You have:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Back Office/Administrative environments
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field a plus
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
