Lowell Herb Co the #1 cannabis brand in California is looking for an experienced tech all-star to help with project management and sprint planning. Candidate must have had experience at a fast-paced tech company, experience working on complex projects, and experience running a team of developers. The ideal candidate will jump right in and apply those skills to one of the fastest growing cannabis company in California!

Responsibilities

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within timelines and deliverables

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress integrating tech software for tracking

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Report issues and escalate them to management as needed

Manage the relationship with department key staff and report up to key stakeholders

Requirements

Five years of experience in tech industry

Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or project management

Sprint Manager/Scrum Master essential

Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
