Supply Chain Support Analyst

This Supply Chain Support Analyst is a cross functional position that contributes to our organization success by performing functional tasks, solving process/system relating issues, and providing analytical reporting insight in two major domains: Sales Support and Inventory management.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and improvement of Sales Support and Inventory Management processes.
  • Develop and maintain best practice standard operating procedure documentation for Sales Support and Inventory Management.
  • Support inventory-related system updates and reconciliations.
  • Monitor any systems to ensure proper inventory methods are followed.
  • Support Sales-related system updates.
  • Monitor any systems to ensure sales orders are processed correctly and deliveries are successful.
  • Facilitate activity and communication between Sales department and Inventory Management
  • Provide actionable reports and analytical insight for Sales and Inventory Management.
  • Effectively triage technology issues and report status updates to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and work with third-party technical support teams.
  • Requirements:

  • Understanding of basic inventory principles.
  • Understanding of Sale process.
  • 3 years professional experience in distribution and logistics.
  • 2 years professional experience in Sales Support
  • Strong understanding of product distribution is desired, especially with CPG.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with proven ability to inspire others to find creative solutions to challenging situations.
  • Highly organized; attentive to details.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • BA or BS degree in logistics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office or similar tools.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, e.g. Dear, Oracle, SAP, or Odoo.
  • Proficient in CRM.

    This position requires extended use of a computer. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. This position requires filling, moving, and organization of boxes and other promotional materials. Employee may be required to occasionally stand for long periods of time.
