as social media manager, youll help decide what mh says and how we say it. youll utilize a broad range of digital initiatives and platforms to grow our audience. youll work closely with both our agency partners and internal stakeholders to create the best social media messaging to promote our ideas and educate customers on the mh experience.

talking to our demand-generation audience, your role is to ensure what we say stays honest, authentic and relevant while capturing our core values. we work hard to create an experience dedicated to our customers lifestyle, desires and needs. youll be the one to tell them how mh makes that a reality.

job functions:

filling this full-time position, youll be one of mhs main voices. youre a creative messaging expert dedicated to the customer experience and can broadcast this viewpoint through various digital platforms and social strategies.

you also have the mh personality: youre nimble and curious, passionate yet humble, fun-loving yet focused on delivering our customer-first values. working closely with our head of marketing, you must be both a team player who can work as a vital part of a small, dynamic marketing group and a reliable self-starter who can work independently. your main focus is to deliver an irresistible demand-generation messaging campaign that brings to life the mh experience and ultimately drives store traffic. you understand the power of a message and how words can shape attitudes and feelings.

Requirements

principal duties:

  • develop and execute messaging across all owned social channels to build brand awareness, sales and traffic to our stores
  • lead the strategy and execution of social campaigns to support our store locations and potential e-commerce business, focusing on conversion to purchase and conversion to sign up (email acquisition) and drive store traffic
  • build our facebook, instagram, twitter and linkedin community
  • develop a seamless, on-brand social customer experience across all channels
  • create content to support all social initiatives
  • develop campaigns to acquire new and retain existing customers
  • build strong relationships with internal teams to integrate social content into existing marketing and promotional programs
  • work with external agency partners
  • deliver solid reporting across all channels
  • report on marketing budget to budget management
  • education & experience:

  • 5+ years of hands on experience managing social media platforms, traffic acquisition, seo, sem, paid social media, affiliate, display and retargeting
  • demonstrated ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment
  • excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task, set measurable objectives, manage defined timelines and budgets for each campaign
  • experience operating in cross-functional work environments
