We are looking for a Driver who is excited about building a new industry. The ideal candidate is skilled at driving, can keep precise records, and is a team player.
At the highest level, this role is responsible for all transportation activities coming to and leaving from the Arcata facility and or Carpinteria Facility including transportation to Northern and Southern California
Key Responsibilities:
Drive transport vehicle between Arcata or Carpinteria facility and partner facilities in and around both locations.
Ensure timely delivery on predetermined routes
Load and unload freight
Assist in record keeping for all transport activities
Ensure compliance with all company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations governing commercial transportation
Maintain Compliance Books and Log driving hours.
Record vehicle inspection sheet and document any maintenance issues.
Post Run document scans and inspection reports.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation
Passes Background check and MVR (no felonies)
No recreational cannabis-use is tolerated during work hours.
Must be 21+ years of age
Must have legal working status
A valid Driver’s License
Submit DMV Driving Record

Experience: Demonstrated expertise in their field with a class C driver’s license driving all types of vans and trucks. Has learned many significant lessons and has been able to implement what they have learned into their career. Past cannabis transportation or Military experience preferred but not mandatory.
