Qualified candidates must have:

Good communication: While working as a Herbi manager communication is key. As a dispatcher you’ll be responsible for managing and directing Herbi’s fleet of drivers. Besides interacting with drivers on shift, you’ll be responsible for scheduling, hiring, receiving orders from vendors and more all of which require clear and concise and professional communication.

Attention to detail: Details are everything when it comes to the highly regulated nature of the cannabis industry. As a manager, you will be responsible for making sure that inventory is accounted for and accurate at all times. Close attention to detail is required to ensure that Herbi’s internal tracking systems remain synced and accurate with the states track and trace system.

Flexibility: While this job description provides an outline for what will make you a successful Herbi manager, as a manager you must also be able to adapt to the business's needs. Keeping your cool and rolling with the punches will be as important as attention to details, and adapting and improvising will be required as new issues arise.
