Select CBD Production Manager

Select CBD is a rocket ship at Cura. We are expanding our production shifts and we need another Production Manager who will be responsible for overseeing Cura production including filling and packaging. You will also be overseeing all intake of Co2 oil and raw distillate as well as supervising the testing procedures. You must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast-paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, and a team player.

What You'll Do:

  • Represent Cura and our associates in a professional and educated manner
  • Manage the production line in filling and packaging departments and the oil room
  • Oversee the wholesale goods department
  • Maintain a strict inventory of oil, distillate, and raw goods
  • Follow all state, local, and company rules and ensure conformance to all laws
  • Manage daily goals and quotas for production
  • Maintain close communication between production and leadership

    • What You'll Need:

  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Must obtain OLCC Marijuana Worker's Permit before Day One of employment
  • Thorough knowledge of all applicable state and local cannabis regulations
  • 2+ years' outside management experience
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
