Sample Receiving Technician

️ Testing

Job Duties:

Receiving manifests in METRC

Verifying test requests made by clients

Performing sample check-in data entry

Answering incoming calls to the laboratory

Responding to emails to the laboratory

Scheduling sample pick ups

Performing sample pick ups (when necessary)

Coordinating with the laboratory to determine sample turnaround times

Informing clients of testing results

Communicating with clients regarding transfer discrepancies

Skills/Qualifications:

This position requires a strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience and knowledge in cannabis testing preferred but not required

Colorado cannabis industry experience preferred

Customer service experience preferred

Colorado MED Badge required
