Join our fast growing Cannabis Company located in Salinas, Ca. We are accepting resumes for consideration for the position of a Sales Representative. This is a leadership positions to an individual who is able to focus on the multiple areas. We are seeking out someone who is well qualified and ambitious for Sales! This is a full-time opportunity direct hire position.

Candidate Requirements

  • Superior Customer Service
  • Success with consultative sales approach, relationship building and account managing
  • History of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledge of the products
  • Ability to travel – 80% of the time
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in the Sales industry
  • Minimum of AA education

    • Essential Abilities:

  • Sense of urgency and self motivation
  • Keen focus business planning, strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to include financial management, and strong understanding of sales and operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organization skills and attention to details

    • Experience: sales: 1 year (Preferred) Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
