Sales and Distribution Manager

Freedom Cannabis is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Sales and Distribution Manager to strengthen our management team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to be in on the ground floor of an exciting industry and wants to take ownership of developing and executing sales, marketing and business development strategies for all aspects of our business.

What you will do...

You will be a key member of the Freedom management team and be responsible for all aspects of sales and business development for Freedom Cannabis. You will work closely with our Senior Leadership team to identify new opportunities to increase revenue in both domestic and international markets. You cultivate strong relationships with our customers to allow feedback on our product offerings and your market research will help Freedom identify new market segments. This is your opportunity to have a hand in creating and developing relationships and sales strategies for a rapidly growing company.

We'd love to hear from you if...

You have 8 to 12 years of experience in a senior leadership sales role and have had opportunities to develop solid relationships with retailers, customers and government agencies. If that experience is within a highly-regulated environment (such as alcohol, food, medical or pharmaceuticals) then we want to hear from you. You are results-oriented, nimble and resourceful, and are looking to join a collaborative team. If you already have experience in the cannabis industry, that's a bonus!
