looking for knowledgeable, passionate, and outgoing retail associates for our dispensary.

We will be looking to fill full time and part time positions.

Expectations:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to every person who enters the facility
  • Generate sales through customer interaction, product assistance, and suggestive selling
  • Educate new clientele on the different effects of cannabis
  • Prevent asset loss through proper floor awareness
  • Execute an attention to detail by performing counter transactions without errors or shortages
  • Adhere to store visual directives, maintenance standards, and cleanliness standards
  • Consistently exemplify a teamwork attitude with management and coworkers to improve personal and store performance
  • Communicate effectively with management and coworkers concerning business issues and opportunities
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, and follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment
  • Support the Store Management team in driving and maximizing store sales, controlling and minimizing shrinkage to achieve store goals
  • Complete all other duties as assigned

    • Our ideal candidates will have:

  • At least one (1) year of retail, hospitality or other customer service-focused industry experience, dispensary experience a plus!
  • High degree of detail orientation and a proven track record of working within strict compliance requirements
  • Open schedule availability, nights and weekends are a must.
  • A positive team-oriented attitude

    • Physical Requirements:

    Must be able to see, hear, talk, sit, walk, push, pull, twist, lift, squat, climb a ladder, and stand for prolonged periods. Must be able to lift and carry 20-30lbs regularly.
