Quality Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Sales team to develop sales presentations, sales strategies for C15
  • Interact with the QA personnel in prospect organizations as part of selling process, answer their questions, resolve any concerns
  • Provide technology presentations, customized product demonstrations to prospects via online meeting or on premise
  • Keep abreast of new regulatory and medical practices and utilize technical knowledge to provide input to the ongoing development and adjustment of the strategic plans for the business

    • Specific Quality Control/Assurance Experience - the successful candidate will bring their expertise in QA to participate in developing new customers - the following work experiences in regulatory or compliance industry, such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, food and beverages would be very valuable:

  • Review, administration (Change Control) and approval of all QA policies and standard operating procedures to ensure a GMP compliance, along with their associated quality records (forms, checklists, tables, charts, labels, etc.)
  • Documentation review of all GPP documents
  • Analytical finished product testing and finished product specifications
  • Reviewing batch production & packaging records
  • Out-of-specification / deviation investigation
  • Ensuring SOPs are being followed, including sanitation, hygiene, equipment & premises maintenance, QC inspections, etc. and that records are accurately maintained
  • Review and handling of any necessary investigations arising out of complaints regarding quality
  • Handling and reviewing of any product retrievals or recalls
  • Ensuring all levels of change are evaluated and documented
  • Investigating out of specification results
  • Validation protocols and reports including but not limited to process validation, cleaning validation and method transfers/ validations

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or food related field of expertise.
  • 3+ years of working experience as QA in regulated environment preferable pharmaceutical, cannabis, food or natural health products industry
  • Strong knowledge of current Canadian GMP regulations and guidelines
  • HACCP certification is desirable
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 standardization
  • Knowledge in technology solutions / software products for eQMS or ERP systems
  • Understanding and strong interest in solution-selling strategies and tactics and business value selling
  • Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Demonstrated ability of good story telling and advocacy skills
  • Strong research, problem identification and objections resolution skills.
