We’re looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager who is comfortable working in a fast paced and quickly developing industry. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to take ownership of numerous projects, deliverables, and timelines simultaneously. The Project Manager will support the Green Tank Product Team primarily by managing day-to-day project requirements and communicating with our manufacturing partners in China. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to work flexible hours, speak English and Mandarin fluently (Cantonese would be considered an asset), as well as manage a constantly changing industry and set of deliverables.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day communication with manufacturing partners in China
  • Manage ongoing project development requirements and milestones
  • Provide support to sales team and clients regarding project updates and estimates
  • Manage vendor relationships related to product certifications, testing, feedback, and more
  • Coordinate internal requirements for progressing product and company objectives
  • Oversee product testing requirements including product inventory, testing schedules, tester management, feedback/data collection, and communication with project stakeholders
  • Strategic support for product inventory related to client samples, trade shows & conferences, testing, etc.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience from one of the following industries or disciplines; marketing/advertising, CPG, consumer electronics, design/engineering firms, manufacturing, alcohol or tobacco
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and experience with project management tools (i.e. Trello, Pivotal Tracker, JIRA, Basecamp, etc.)
  • PMP Certification is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English/Mandarin
  • Ability to manage changing requirements, deliverables, timelines, etc. and efficiently organize to ensure all deliverables and milestones are being met
  • Must thrive in a fast paced environment/industry and have strong multitasking skills
  • Desire to learn and contribute to operational efficiencies is an asset
