Grassroots Cannabis is looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist our Marketing team in managing key projects. The Project Manager will work directly with various departments in our organization to ensure flawless execution of projects that are within scope and budget. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, comfortable managing multiple tasks, detail-oriented, and has a problem-solving aptitude. This is a newly created role with room for growth.

Role Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, manage, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

Assign and prioritize resources based on defined project scope and continuously monitor team bandwidth

Ensure programs are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Manage projects through duration of workflow and develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Communicate project status to team via daily hot sheets and weekly status reports

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential roadblocks, and devise contingency plans

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as needed

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, keeping it up-to-date and relevant for team members and stakeholders

Manage and report project financials, estimates and costs at the individual and brand level

Role Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management

High level of organization, planning skills, and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a dynamic environment

Strong interpersonal skills and experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve objectives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong working knowledge with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
