Production Technicians Needed! Multiple Openings! Swing Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)

Are you looking to get involved in the cannabis industry? Left Coast Ventures is hiring!

What You’ll Do:

  • Weighs, assembles, packages, and labels all forms of cannabis products manufactured at our Santa Rosa facility.
  • Assures highest quality of cannabis goods in manufacturing through meticulous attention to detail and care for all varieties of cannabis products.
  • Operates manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Accurately counts, processes, and packs of finished goods.
  • Participates in quality assurance of labeled content contained on all cannabis products.
  • Helps implement quality/process improvement measures.
  • Adheres to all compliance, good manufacturing, and health/safety standards at all times.
  • Foster a culture of compliance in daily work to maintain a safe work environment.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year or more manufacturing or packaging production experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with clean room environments and/or good manufacturing practices strongly preferred.
  • Experience in cannabis industry highly preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. and metric systems of measurements
  • Must be 21 years old.
  • Fluency (verbal and written) in the English language is essential.
  • Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, and repetitive movements.
  • Ability to periodically lift, push and pull 30+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.
  • Ability to either sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Excitement for working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity and change.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
