Thursday, August 1st and Friday, August 2nd, we will be conducting in-person interviews in Sacramento to build a pipeline of highly-motivated, bright, talented and friendly individuals to join our team as Production Technicians for future needs.

We have grown 1117% in the last three years to 450+ employees! But, in such a new and rapidly-growing company as Cura, predicting exact numbers for hiring needs is tough. We will build this pipeline for future fulltime or temporary positionswe may call you for an opportunity the next day or further outas soon as we know! Regardless, you will know by the end of the week that you interview if you are selected for the pipeline.

What You'll Do:

  • We are looking for individuals who will be working with a variety of manufacturing/light industrial/production tasks in filling. We have a very fast-paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. You must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. You must be motivated, trustworthy, and a team player.
  • Assist with the production line
  • Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
  • Fill and package products for delivery
  • Record data

    • What You'll Need:

  • Prefer production/light industrial experience
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be able to lift 20+ pounds
  • Must be over 21 years of age
