Production specialists are the front line of researching and coding products for our reporting service, GreenEdge. Production specialists investigate, resolve, classify, and enter point-of-sale data from cannabis retailers for all brands, products, and strains in to our proprietary database with accuracy and speed. With a keen eye for detail and an investigative mindset, Production Specialist ensure that we have the most reliable and accurate

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Process large data sets of point-of-sale information by compiling, categorizing, tabulating, auditing and verifying information
  • Analyze data by identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data
  • Enter information into databases or software programs
  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data
  • Document and record information for standardizing categorization
  • Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, in written, email or in person
  • Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Job-related Education and/or Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of Cannabis and related products
  • Prior experience in dispensary compliance and/or budtending is preferred
  • Typically requires a high school degree or equivalent

    • Conditions of Employment: Pre-employment background check

    Work Environment: Normal office environment
