Production Process Lead

This position is incorporated into the various functional processes in the lab such as capsules, patches, hash, blending etc. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of superior production processes. Someone who exudes the qualities of operations knowledge and skill to interact well with teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the production of infused products, reporting directly to the Production Manager. The scope of the Production Process Lead position includes, but is not limited to, manufacturing product by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety analysis, measure ingredients and products accurately so that optimal levels of production can be met, perform a series of preventative and general maintenance tasks on production equipment and tools, ensure that work areas are clean and maintained at all times, ensure that end products conform to quality and quantity standards of the company, and contribute accurate data to production reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of progressively responsible production and/or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Cannabis industry experience a plus
  • Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Assembly Line experience a plus
  • Machinery experience a plus
  • Lead/Supervisory experience required
  • Proficiency with data entry required.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Bend, twist, kneel, and stand for long periods of time.
  • OSHA, Food Handling experience a plus
  • Food Industry, Beauty Industry, or Medical Industry Experience a Plus
  • Can work and thrive in a team environment
