As a Cannabis Product Specialist at NAC, you will be key to educating and guiding patients on their medical cannabis journey, while staying compliant with ALL Illinois state rules and regulations. You are an excellent communicator and team player, and you are committed to developing your cannabis and product knowledge.

Illinois Industry experience, Cannabis knowledge, and Regulatory experience is preferred. Illinois Medical Cannabis Patients are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products in Illinois, as well as industry-wide.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the current medical cannabis law and regulations, and any upcoming changes.
  • Share your medical cannabis knowledge
  • Ensure accurate Inventory management and compliance by following all company procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Proficient in office, point of sale & state tracking
  • Ensure the dispensary remains compliant with security, inventory and local and state regulations.

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years retail experience required
  • Retail and/or cannabis and/or service industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Strong organizational, communication

    • Additional Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Must pass any and all required background checks and maintain good standing.

    • Experience:

  • Inventory: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Illinois Cannabis: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Retail Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Retail Cannabis (outside of IL): 1 year (Preferred)
