Producer, Social Media & Digital

As the Producer, Social Media & Digital, you grow our social media following and expand our digital footprint. You will be strategic with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest. You are someone who tracks and adapts to maximize traffic conversion and engagement. You love to research and have the ability to build out campaigns and new ideas while executing a consistent brand message. You are someone who has a familiarity with cannabis, and cannabis related health and wellness, and can create excitement in this area.

As the Producer, Social Media and Digital, you will:

  • Curate elevated brand presence across all social platforms
  • Manage content, execute day-to-day posts
  • Write all copy in a tone-of-voice that’s consistent with brand strategy
  • Support community growth and engagement team including influencer marketing
  • Build and manage calendars
  • Contribute to seasonal and cultural strategy
  • Manage workflow and projects
  • Refresh website (WordPress)
  • Test and optimization continually
  • Use customer acquisition tactics to grow database
  • Manage and update store locator; events calendar; press pages
  • Design, build and deploy email campaigns
  • Execute behavioral based drip campaigns
  • Work with Marketing leadership to manage CRM flow and output

    • Your experience and skills include:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate’s required in design and visual communication, communication design, fine arts, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Digital and Social Media Marketing
  • Experience in Fashion preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of Social Media Platforms and trends
  • Passion for “always on” digital marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe CS and Asana a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, and collaborative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
