We are looking for dedicated, efficient, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the role of Processing Associate.

Processing Associate Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following

  • Trim and package cannabis per specific SOP
  • Assist with the harvesting of plants from internal/external farms, which could include some or all of: unloading from vehicles, traveling to farms, hanging, arranging, waste removal, etc.
  • Assist with pruning, transplanting, waste removal and cleaning in the internal production
  • Process cannabis material at various stages (wet, dry, cure) to include, but not limited to:
  • Bucking, trimming, sorting, long-term storage
  • Weighing and packaging flower, rolling pre-rolls, and/or concentrates per specific SOP
  • Preparing and building finished goods packaging (pre-roll packs/inserts, concentrate packaging, applying stickers etc.)
  • Packaging finished products (Flower, PreRolls, Concentrates, etc.)
  • Will be expected to work at least 8 hours a day, up to 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), with potential for weekend work
  • Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • Professional appearance and proper personal hygiene
  • Comfortable/ability to work in cold environments (~50 degrees F)
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, startup environment and changing tasks/projects on a routine basis
  • Previous warehouse labor experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and excellent hand eye coordination
  • Environment will consist of office, indoor grow production, warehouse, and/or distribution environment, as well as out-door elements on a frequent basis
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands or finger to, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear
  • Must have close vision, distant vision, ability to adjust focus, peripheral and color vision
  • Ability to work in and thrive in a sometimes-chaotic startup environment
