Cannabis Packaging Associate - Weigh, label, package, and seal cannabis products.
Duties and Responsibilities
Employee must be able to work well independently, as well as with others.
Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are working with; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
Time management; employee must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.
Employee must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.
Employee must show up on time for work every day ready to work.
Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company and the state while processing marijuana.
Packaging staff is responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Distribution Driver - Transport orders to and from our warehouse across Southern California as well as one Northern California route every two weeks using a company vehicle.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pack and load products into vehicle according to company's specifications
Deliver/Pick up orders to/from customers on assigned routes in a time effective manner
Maintain ongoing communication with our logistics coordinator.
Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
Be able to drive for extended amounts of time
Be detail oriented and accurate with product and money
Driving time would range from as short as 1-2 hours to as long as 6-12 hours.
Ensure all order paperwork is signed, completed
Providing a high level of customer service to our dispensaries, and doing so with professionalism
Qualifications/Requirements
Punctual and persistent while maintaining a never give up, positive attitude
Shows self-motivation/innovation and the ability to work well with all members of their staff and the company, as well as with their direct supervisor.
Ability to listen well and communicate effectively various audiences, especially with the direct supervisors and other co-workers.
Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately while not overstepping chain of command
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Drivers License and reliable mode of transportation
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs
Requires the ability to sit or stand for 8 hours per day,
MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE
