Packaging Technician

Jetty produces a wide range of cannabis extract products that are sold in dispensaries across the state of California. Our pride in our products doesn’t end with the oil production. The packaging process is the final layer of attention we give our product lines before they are boxed up and sent out to dispensaries. All our packaging and compliance labeling is done by hand, in house, by our dedicated team of packaging technicians. It’s a big task! Especially as our production volume continues to rise. Preparing the final product requires a systematic approach and attention to the minute details, as there is A LOT to keep track of.

  • Gifted with attention to detail.
  • A solid record keeper.
  • Comfortable with repetitive processes (i.e. counting, labeling, kitting, etc).
  • Self-motivated and able to maintain a steady work pace with little direction.
  • Focused and meticulously organized.
  • Able to sit or stand for a standard work shift while completing assigned tasks.
  • Good with (or enjoy working with) your hands.
  • Collaborative by nature. It takes a village.

    • Desired Experience:

  • Production/factory/assembly experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed production-based goals
  • Comfortable working in a highly regulated, growing industry (startup culture)

    • Experience: Packaging/Assembly: 1 year (Preferred) Cannabis Industry: 1 year (Preferred)

    Work authorization: United States (Required)

    Shifts: Morning (Preferred) Mid-Day (Preferred) Graveyard (Preferred) Evening (Preferred)
