OPC Grower

Excellent opportunity for a grower to step out on to a commercial level. Licensed medical OPC grow is hiring growers. Grower will maintain clone, planting, IPM, and harvest schedule. Must be well rounded, have a little bit of handy-man (handy-woman), knowledgeable in compliance, operations, production cycles and equipment. Grower must possess an understanding of nutrients, soil science, IPM and advanced cannabis growing.

Experienced in all stages of growing including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays (pesticide and fungicide), coordinate with trim staff for harvesting, packaging, waste disposal and inventory management.

Qualifications include:

Independent and self-motivated- these are real requirements, not catchphrases.

Hard working, able to analyze, schedule, and learn new things- looking for farmers, not rockstar/ drama queens.

Must have sound cannabis growing experience.

Must be badged and knowledgeable in compliance procedures and regulations.

Must have some experience with METRC.

Must be comfortable in supervisor functions: hiring, training, scheduling, and setting operational procedures.

Horticulture backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical.
